Emmy De Silva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client care and communication. Currently serving as a Client Care Representative at ADM since September 2022, Emmy screens resumes and manages candidate onboarding processes. Previously, Emmy worked as the Director of Communications at The Sholeen Group, overseeing a client database of over 500 and managing transactions. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Lead and Sales Associate at LOFT BY ANN TAYLOR, focusing on client service and revenue generation, as well as serving as a Corporate Wellness Coordinator at Colonial Group International, where Emmy initiated a successful wellness program. Emmy began a career in human resources at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, handling employee services. Emmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State Moorhead.
