Herbert Pohle

Herbert Pohle is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President Creation Design & Development for EMEA and Asia Pacific at ADM since November 2022. Previously, Herbert held the position of Head of Regional Commercial Operation Unit META for Animal Health at Boehringer Ingelheim from January 2017 to December 2021. Herbert's extensive career includes roles such as Managing Director UK & ROI and General Manager Turkey at Merial, where significant contributions included establishing the Merial Country Organisation in Turkey and developing business strategies. Prior to Merial, Herbert served in various leadership positions at Merck Animal Health, Bayer Turk, and Bayer Animal Health, specializing in animal health and marketing management. Herbert's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Marketing.
