James Lattimer

James Lattimer is an accomplished nutritionist and educator with extensive experience in the animal nutrition industry, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services - Leisure at ADM since August 2021. In this role, James leads technical services for various animal categories and champions research and development efforts. Prior to this, James held multiple roles at ADM, including Equine Business Manager and Senior Nutritionist, where responsibilities included product management and technical support. As the CEO of LATTIMER CONSULTING, LLC from 2016 to 2021, James provided expertise to livestock and pet food companies. James's academic career includes serving as an Associate Professor at Kansas State University with a focus on equine nutrition and management, along with previous teaching positions at other institutions. James holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition Sciences and has a solid foundation in animal nutrition stemming from degrees earned at Kansas State University and Oklahoma State University.
