Martin Hollmach

Martin Hollmach currently serves as the Head of Strategic Supply Chain, Production, and End-to-End Planning EMEA at ADM, overseeing a team of over 150 employees across more than 10 production sites in the EU and non-EU locations. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Martin has held various leadership positions, including Head of Supply Chain EMEA and COE Manager, where responsibilities included managing supply chain processes, optimizing operations, and ensuring effective collaboration between manufacturing and sales offices. Previous roles encompass planning for global supply chains at AbbVie, assisting the Head of Global Supply Chain at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and participating in executive programs at Pfizer. Martin holds an MBA from SRH Berlin University and has completed courses at Yale University, alongside obtaining a degree as a Pharma Technician.
