Michael Hand

Michael Hand is an experienced HR executive with a strong background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Global Vice President of HR for ADM Nutrition since November 2021, Michael previously held the position of Vice President and Head of Human Resources at The Kraft Heinz Company from April 2020 to November 2021. Notable prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources for Petcare Latin America at Mars, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and organizational development, and various HR management positions at Wrigley and Verizon Wireless. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College, obtained in 2001.
