Rashmi Vadivelu Amarender is a Senior Scientist at ADM, specializing in the Creation, Design, and Development team in North America since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Development Scientist II at Rich Products Corporation from December 2019 to May 2023, where contributions focused on product development and process optimization for global markets. Rashmi also worked at Legendary Baking as a Food Scientist, formulating shelf-stable pies and improving product quality, and completed a Quality Assurance internship there. Additional roles include President of the IFTSA Chapter at ITESM QRO, Research Assistant at the University of Central Oklahoma, and Officer at YES BANK, where quality assurance in compliance was emphasized. Rashmi holds a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology from Anna University Chennai.
