Shanda Coleman

Shanda Coleman is an experienced leader in employee relations and labor management, currently serving as the Employee Relations Leader at ADM, overseeing the North America Employee Relations team since April 2024. Coleman has also been working as an Independent Consultant since October 2023, providing expertise in organization design, talent assessment, and ethics compliance. Previously, Coleman held the position of Director of Global Investigations at Heartland Alliance, where compliance initiatives and employee ethics reporting were effectively managed. As Senior Director of Employee Relations at REEF, Coleman led complex workplace investigations and collaborated on labor relations and diversity initiatives. At US Foods, Coleman was the Senior Manager of Corporate Investigations, conducting thorough fact-finding investigations related to compliance issues. Educational qualifications include a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
