Shanda L. Coleman, MJ-LEL, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Employee Relations Leader at ADM, overseeing the North America Employee Relations team. With extensive experience as an Employee & Labor Relations Consultant, Shanda provides guidance on organization design, talent assessment, and ethics compliance.
