Donna McGraw, CPSA

Donna McGraw, CPSA, has a diverse work experience in sales and account management in the alcoholic beverage industry. Donna currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Archer Roose since September 2021. Previously, Donna held the position of Director of National Accounts - Off Premise at Luxco, Inc. from July 2016 to September 2021. During their time at Luxco, they managed the sales of beverages across the United States and some international markets.

Before that, Donna worked at Constellation Brands, where they held multiple roles. Donna started as a Strategic Account Manager - Meijer/Category Captain from September 2011 to February 2013, overseeing the Meijer Wine business and contributing to the growth of the Meijer business by 3% and the Constellation portfolio by 6%. Donna then served as a Category Manager - CVS/Category Captain from September 2008 to September 2011, developing a strategic plan for the CVS FL & AL Wine business and greatly contributing to the growth of the CVS business by 28% and the Constellation portfolio by 48%. Prior to joining Constellation Brands, Donna worked at Southern Wine & Spirits as a Category Manager. Donna served as a Category Manager - Sweetbay/Category Captain from July 2006 to September 2008, and as a Category Manager - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits/Category Captain from May 2005 to July 2006.

Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a track record of driving business growth and profitability within the alcoholic beverage industry.

Donna McGraw, CPSA, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Donna has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they earned the CPSA (Certified Professional Strategic Advisor) certification from the Category Management Association's global certification program. In 2013, Donna completed the "Presenting to & Influencing Groups. Group Communication & Training Skills" certification, offered by CORE - Constellation Brands. Donna further enhanced their skills by completing the "Wine & Spirit Education Level 2" certification from WSET Wine & Spirit Education Trust London in 2014. Most recently, in 2018, Donna obtained the "Organizational Leadership" certification from the Terry College of Business. These additional certifications demonstrate their commitment to professional development and their diverse skill set.
