Aref Khezri

Aref Khezri is a highly experienced engineer specializing in integration, testing, and validation of battery management systems and hybrid electric vehicle technologies. Currently serving as a Staff BMS Integration & Test Engineer at Archer since October 2023, Aref previously worked at Amazon Lab126 as a Senior Battery Validation Engineer, developing validation plans and automating validation processes. Aref's earlier roles include Lead Engineer for Product Development at Unimasses Group Ltd., where responsibilities involved designing high-tech machinery and expanding operations to the U.S., and Controls Engineering Lead at Chlor Chemical Producing Co., managing process control system upgrades. Aref's career also includes significant contributions to General Motors, focusing on hybrid and electric vehicle control strategies, simulation systems, and testing protocols. Aref holds a Master's degree in Global Automotive Engineering & Manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from the University of Michigan.
