Ilya Katsnelson

Ilya Katsnelson is an experienced principal embedded software engineer with a diverse background in software development for various innovative projects across multiple companies. Currently at Archer since January 2020, Ilya focuses on CI/CD automation and build optimization for embedded systems, including the implementation of a CMake build system for prototypes. Previous experience includes roles at A³ by Airbus, where Ilya developed real-time embedded avionics software for electric VTOL aircraft, and Violin Memory, contributing to the development of an embedded RAID controller. Ilya's career also includes significant contributions at Broadcom, Zoran, Motorola, and WinSoft, emphasizing expertise in embedded systems and C/C++ programming. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from UC Irvine.
