Jason Coon

Jason Coon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aerospace and engineering field. Jason is currently the VP of Systems, Software and Integration at Archer, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Flight Software at Archer from January 2022 to October 2023. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at LORD Corporation, where they held roles such as Director of Engineering, Aerospace Electro-Mechanical Systems and Senior Manager of Software Engineering. Before joining LORD Corporation, they worked at Rolls-Royce Controls and Data Services as Chief Engineer, Controls and Software Engineering Manager. Jason also held positions at R&J Associates as a Senior Project Engineer, Crane Aerospace as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, BAE Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, and General Dynamics Land Systems as a Senior Systems Engineer.

Jason Coon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Engineering at Michigan Technological University from 1991 to 1995. Jason is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2021 to 2023.
