William Chinburg

William Chinburg is an experienced recruitment leader currently serving as the Head of Executive Recruiting at Archer since January 2024. Previously, William held the positions of Head of Leadership Recruiting and Head of Talent at Dandy, where significant growth was achieved by expanding the team from approximately 13 to over 1,000 in just 3.5 years. Additional roles include Senior Talent Advisor at Primary Venture Partners, and Head of Talent at Mint House, where William developed the recruiting architecture and built the team from 15 to 80. Prior to these roles, William served as Director of Recruiting at Vettery, and held various positions in recruitment and outcomes management at New York Code + Design Academy and General Assembly. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University and a Master of Education in Higher Education Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
