Michael Schwimmer

Michael Schwimmer has extensive experience in customer success and field service operations. Michael is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success at Integrated DNA Technologies, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Director Customer Success at ArcherDX, Inc. from 2019 to 2020, and the role of VP of Customer Success at Invitae from 2020 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Senior Manager, Americas Field Service Operations at Cepheid, where they served as the Global Service Lead and developed and tracked global key performance indicators. Before that, they held two roles at Siemens Healthineers from 2002 to 2016, including Senior Manager - Regional Service and Regional Service Manager. In these roles, they managed teams of up to 34 employees and was responsible for sales enablement, customer escalations, and parts and tool inventory.

Michael Schwimmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas Grantham. Michael is also Net+/A+ Certified.
