Jennifer Bumm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee experience management. Currently, Jennifer co-owns Uncle Jawn’s Cheesesteaks LLC, a food truck business, while also serving as the Global HR Operations Manager and HR Business Partner at Archer Integrated Risk Management since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as the Global HR Operations Lead at RSA Security and managed US People & Culture Shared Services at Full Potential Solutions, where a focus on enhancing employee experience during the onboarding process was emphasized. Jennifer's earlier career includes various roles at U.S. Bank, encompassing areas such as fraud operations and recruitment.
