Joe Cole

Joe Cole is a Principal Software Engineer at Archer Integrated Risk Management since October 2022, previously serving as a Senior Software Engineer (SRE). Prior experience includes roles as a Platform Engineer (SRE) at Capital One and a System Administrator II/Associate at Draper Aden Associates, where Joe led cloud resource migration initiatives. As IT Manager at Commonwealth Catholic Charities, Joe maintained IT systems across multiple locations and implemented a VMware Horizon VDI solution. Joe also has experience as a Broadcast Engineer at the International House of Prayer, designing HD broadcast systems, and began a career in IT support as a HelpDesk Technician. Joe holds a degree in Theology from International House of Prayer University, earned in 2011.
