Jon Novales

Jon Novales is an experienced professional in risk management and technology sales, currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Archer Integrated Risk Management since December 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, Jon has previously held various roles at Riskonnect, Inc., including Sales Executive, Solutions Architect, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Account Manager from October 2012 to November 2022. Jon was pivotal in establishing the London office and expanding EMEA business operations. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Aon eSolutions and CS STARS, focusing on configuration management and data processing, respectively.
