Michael Civiello, MBA

Michael Civiello, MBA has 35+ years of high tech experience, including 4+ years living and working in Asia. Michael has held various roles in various companies, beginning with Aagra Consulting LLC in 2014, where they were the Principal Consultant and Owner. At Aagra Consulting, Michael focused on mobile communications, semiconductors, and global business development. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Business Development (Fractional) at ArcherMind Technology, where they headed up USA operations for one of the largest China based SW and HW development companies. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Business Development (Fractional) at Anktion (Fujian) Technology Co., Ltd., where they specialized in the design and development of communication products, manufacturing, and support services. In 2017, Michael became a SBIR/STTR Grant Reviewer at the National Science Foundation (NSF) and a Certified ABET Program Evaluator (PEV). In 2018, they became the Vice President of Business Development (Fractional) at Cognitive Systems Corp., and in 2022 they became the Vice President of Business Development (Fractional) at Intrinsic ID and Kangxi Communications. Additionally, Michael has served as an Advisor for WiSilica and GenXComm Inc. since 2015 and 2016 respectively.

Michael Civiello earned their High School Diploma from Tuscarawas Central Catholic HS in 1980. Michael then attended Case Western Reserve University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Economics in 1984. In 1986, they began their MBA program at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and completed it in 1991 with a degree in Statistics.
