Andy Schlosberg is the Chief Operating Officer at Archetype Consulting. Andy has over fifteen years of experience in IT leadership roles, including Senior Director of Business Solutions at Bright Horizons. In this role, they led Corporate IT organization supporting business operations at over 800 locations in 7 countries during a global IT transformation to support aggressive growth and a successful IPO.

Some of their notable accomplishments include managing department and project financial objectives with $20m - $30m annual budget, setting the company’s strategic vision for technology and gaining buy-in from executive team, providing IT leadership for business continuity and disaster recovery for all internal systems and applications, and conducting IT due diligence and maintaining SLA’s through 5 sizable acquisitions and a period of 30% growth in global revenue with minimal staff additions.

Andy has a proven track record of success in IT management and is passionate about developing other IT professionals. Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University.
