Tatiana Zykova

Tatiana Zykova is an experienced project manager currently working at ArchiCGI since February 2023. Previously, Tatiana held various roles at Fintarix from November 2019 to November 2022, including Human Resources Manager, Corporate Trainer, and CRM Team Leader. In the Human Resources role, responsibilities included interviewing, onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee consultations, while the Corporate Trainer position focused on identifying skill gaps and coordinating training programs. As a CRM Team Leader, Tatiana managed a team, established new workflows, and reported on CRM lifecycle successes. Tatiana holds a Master's degree in Philology from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'
