Ramiz Djalali

Ramiz Djalali is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in customer relations and business development. Currently serving as Business Unit Director - Unlimited at Archipel Academy since October 2023, Ramiz also held the role of Senior Customer Relations Manager. As the Founder of Exceeding Service B.V. from July 2019 to July 2025, and previously as a Business Development Executive at SoftwareONE (September 2022 - October 2023), Ramiz has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills.
