Joyce Welch

Joyce Welch is currently working as a Project Manager at Archipelago Strategies Group. Prior to this role, Joyce was the Accessing Home Program Manager at NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley, where Joyce oversaw all facets of the program, supervised AmeriCorps members, managed grants, and developed curriculum. Joyce also has experience as an Intern at NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley, Rhode Island State Library, State Representative Shawn Dooley's office, and the Connecticut College Office of Sustainability. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and History from Connecticut College.
