Alex Chen

Alex Chen is a Customer Success Manager at Archipelago, overseeing major customer relationships across large P&C insurance brokerages and S&P500 commercial real estate owners/“REITs”. Prior to this role, Alex was an Account Executive and Consultant at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), where Alex also served on the Financial Sub-Committee Advisory Group of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity (CCI). Additionally, Alex co-founded Asia Risk Transfer Solutions (ARTS) and served as the CEO, commercializing parametric property risk models in the Asia-Pacific region. Alex has a Master of Science in Technology Management from Nanyang Business School, among other educational achievements.
