Arnel Constantino is an experienced planning manager with a strong background in civil engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from the Naval Institute of Technology. With over two decades of professional experience, Arnel has held key positions at ARCHIRODON CONSTRUCTION (OVERSEAS) COMPANY S.A. in Dubai since May 2014, progressing from planning engineer to lead planner and currently serving as planning manager. Prior roles include planning engineer positions at Overseas AST Co LLC and METALS SERVICES FOR TRADING & CONTRACTING CO., as well as a project engineer role at Kings Builders & Development Corp.
