Christal Williams, Esq. serves as the Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer at the Architect of the Capitol, bringing extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Williams has held key positions such as Director of Human Resources for the Government of the District of Columbia and Senior Employee and Labor Relations Advisor at DC Water. Additionally, Williams provided legal counsel within the Executive Office of the Mayor for the DC Government, focusing on labor relations and collective bargaining.
