Bess Yount

Bess Yount is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in people operations, coaching, and consulting. Currently serving as the VP of People at PeopleArchive and the owner of Be Why, Bess specializes in guiding corporate and community leaders through transitions and operational challenges. Previous roles include consulting on people, operations, and talent for Altos Ventures and being a member of Chief, a network focused on advancing women in leadership. Bess also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ASG, where a high-performing team was cultivated to support a diverse portfolio of companies. Bess holds a Master's degree in Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, both from Stanford University.
