Larry Spence

Larry Spence has experience working in customer experience and customer success roles. Larry started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Quidsi Inc. in 2013 and was eventually promoted to Wow Expert and Social Media Team member. In 2016, they joined HelloFresh as a Customer Care Supervisor, where they managed and supported two teams of agents. Larry then moved on to The RealReal in 2018 as a Consignor Relations Manager. From 2019 to 2021, Larry worked as a Sr. Manager of Consignor Experience at Stadium Goods. In 2021, they joined Wishi as the Head of Customer Success before becoming the Head of Customer Experience at Archive Resale in 2022.

Larry Spence attended St. John's University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Legal Studies, with a focus on the general field of study.
