Dr. Margareta Heidt has held a variety of roles in their career, beginning in 2009 as a Macroeconomics Tutor and Student Assistant at the Business Student Advisory Service at the University of Ulm. In 2011, they held an Intern Managerial Accounting role at Daimler AG and was a Student Assistant at the International Office of Ulm University. In 2014, they were an Intern Community Management Bilingual English/German at Pretty Simple. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Salesforce in roles such as Sales Development Representative DACH ESMB Market and Customer Intelligence Analyst. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Research and Teaching Assistant at Technische Universität Darmstadt. In 2019, they became Head of Customer Education and Customer Success and Education Manager at BRYTER. Her most recent role is Customer Education at Archlet, which they began in 2022.
Dr. Margareta Heidt has a diverse educational background. Dr. Margareta received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Economics from Ulm University in 2008-2012. Dr. Margareta then completed a Double Degree Master of Science in International Business Management from INSEEC Business School Paris and The Philipp University of Marburg in 2013-2014. Dr. Margareta also attended a Summer School at the Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2012 and a Summer Semester at Kaliningrad Technical University in 2012. Additionally, they completed an Exchange Semester (ERASMUS) at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in 2010-2011. Dr. Heidt also holds an A-levels (German 'Abitur') from Albert-Einstein-Gymnasium in 1999-2008. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Information Systems at Technische Universität Darmstadt, which they started in 2016 and will finish in 2021. Dr. Margareta has also obtained several certifications, such as Archlet Core App Specialist from Archlet (2023), Be personal and efficient with human support and Help customers in context with self serve support from Intercom (2022), as well as several from LinkedIn, such as Gamification of Learning, How to Increase Learner Engagement, IT Security Fundamentals, Managerial Economics, and PowerPoint for Teachers: Create Interactive Lessons (2016).
