Courtney Brandt

Courtney Brandt has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Courtney currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at Archrival, where they have been since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Employee Experience Business Partner at Archrival from February 2022 to November 2022 and as an Employee Experience Business Partner from August 2017 to February 2022.

Before joining Archrival, Courtney worked at Brightstar Corp. as a Human Resources Business Partner from October 2016 to August 2017. Courtney also served as an HR Generalist from August 2015 to October 2016 and as an HR Specialist from July 2014 to August 2015. Brightstar Corp. acquired OFFWIRE in May 2014, and Courtney worked as a Training Coordinator at OFFWIRE from May 2013 to July 2014.

Courtney Brandt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Additionally, they obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2016.
