Molly Ostrander

Molly Ostrander is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and interactive production. Currently serving as an Employee Experience Business Partner and Senior Recruiter at Archrival since March 2015, Molly leads recruitment strategies for Field Marketing programs and oversees various related processes. Additionally, Molly is a radio personality for both 104.1 the Blaze and 106.3 KFRX, delivering engaging content to listeners in Lincoln. Prior to Archrival, Molly held several roles at Swanson Russell, including Associate Interactive Producer, where responsibilities encompassed project management, client interaction, and content management system training. Molly holds a BA in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has a solid educational foundation with a background in English, Spanish, and Psychology from Grandview High School.
