Nicole Kay

Nicole Kay is an experienced environmental professional with a diverse background in regulatory compliance and environmental management. With tenure at Archrock since October 2012 as a Senior Environmental Scientist and Senior Environmental Specialist, Nicole also serves as an NAO HSE Specialist Intermediate at Exterran. Prior experience includes a role as Compliance Manager at World Environmental, LLC, where responsibilities involved OSHA/MSHA regulatory compliance and conducting on-site audits. At AARC Environmental, Inc., Nicole functioned as NPDES Coordinator, managing environmental compliance for clients across various regulations and enhancing environmental program performance. Nicole holds a degree in Environmental Economics from Michigan State University, obtained in 2007.
