Wendy B. Millhouse

Wendy B. Millhouse possesses extensive experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and executive management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Learning and Development Lead at Archrock since November 2009, Wendy manages Global Workforce Development initiatives for a Fortune 500 oil field services company, overseeing the annual Gallup Q12 Employee Survey. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at Exterran, where Wendy managed global human relations activities and a substantial executive budget, and as a consultant for Search and Its House of Tiny Treasures focusing on non-profit fundraising. Wendy's earlier career includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman at Enron, where extensive coordination of international events occurred. Educationally, Wendy holds a Master of Arts in Faith and Culture from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Arts in Human Science, Organizational Leadership, Sociology from Our Lady of the Lake University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown.
