Dr Rajesh Ubale

Dr Rajesh Ubale is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for Archroma in India since February 2024. With a rich background in human resources spanning over two decades, Dr Ubale has held key positions such as Head of HR Operations AMEA at Heubach, where responsibilities included labor relations and ethical policy execution, and Head of HR, IR & Admin at Hikal Ltd, managing comprehensive HR functions and statutory compliance.
