Alenka Zehalko

Alenka Zehalko currently serves as an ITS Administration Officer at the Australian Maritime Safety Authority since August 2022, focusing on developing meeting support materials and providing committee support. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Support Officer at Icon Water, where Alenka contributed to project execution aligned with the Digital Strategy, and as a Project Officer at the National Health and Medical Research Council, providing administrative support for peer review panels and grant programs. Earlier, Alenka held a Customer Relationship Officer position at Geoscape Australia, managing customer support and operational service levels, and demonstrated teaching expertise as a high school science teacher at Al-Faisal College and other institutions. Alenka holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Canberra, a Diploma of Education from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from the University of Technology Sydney.
