Aravind Thayat

Aravind Thayat has a diverse work experience with various roles in strategy, analytics, and operations management. Starting in 2008 as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Essar Steel, they later worked as an Assistant Manager at Nambi General Trading F.Z.C. In 2012, they had a summer internship at Arvind Limited. From 2013 to 2016, as Deputy Executive Manager at Chemplast Sanmar Limited, they managed sales and marketing of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) to industrial clients and worked on strategic projects for top management. In 2016, they became the Head of Strategy & Operations at CNA TEX PROCESSORS PRIVATE LIMITED. During their tenure there, they demonstrated expertise in strategy and operations. In 2019, they worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Southern Methodist University. In 2020, they interned at SCZ Consulting Company and in 2021, they joined ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics as a Supply Chain & Analytics Intern. Aravind quickly progressed to higher roles within the organization, including Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and currently Vice President of Strategy & Analytics. Presently, they are also a Vice President of Strategy & Analytics at Archway Marketing Services. Additionally, in 2021, they participated in the SMU Venture Capital Practicum at Dallas Venture Capital. Aravind Thayat's work experience highlights their expertise in strategy, analytics, and operations management across various industries and organizations.

Aravind Thayat holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, with a focus on Supply Chain & Operations, Business Analytics & Finance. Aravind also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, specializing in Marketing & Strategy, from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli. For their undergraduate studies, Aravind attended the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they completed the All India Senior School Certificate Examination from Delhi Private School Sharjah and the All India Secondary School Examination from The Emirates National School.
