Lauren Polino

Lauren Polino currently serves as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Strategy & Analytics at Proper Hospitality, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren founded and led Color Camp from May 2016 to August 2023, successfully transitioning the company from a multi-location nail salon to a manufacturer of premium nail care products. Lauren's experience at The Walt Disney Company includes roles as an Associate in Corporate Finance and Global Development, as well as an Analyst in Global Development, spanning from September 2010 to April 2016.
