Sakena Shamberger

Sakena Shamberger has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sakena started their career in 2004 at Husqvarna, where they held various roles including Marketing Project Coordinator, Customer Service Manager, Inside Sales-Sales Conversion Specialist, and National and Distributor Account Coordinator. In these positions, Sakena was responsible for managing corporate events and trade events, resolving customer service issues, and supporting dealers and distributors in achieving sales goals.

In 2013, Sakena joined Archway Marketing Services as a Sr. Account Manager, overseeing a high-visibility Private Brand Customer Experience program. Sakena managed a client account team, as well as call center and warehouse operations. Sakena later transitioned to roles such as National Accounts-ACL for Lowe's Companies, Client Engagement Director, and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Accounts. In these roles, they focused on client relationship management, business development, and achieving account goals through process improvement initiatives. Sakena also maintained strong and trusting client relationships at all levels and ensured customer satisfaction.

Sakena Shamberger received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Johnson C. Smith University - JCSU in 2004.
