Dustin H. serves as the President & CEO of Archway Software since December 2022, leading the company in providing digital innovations to regional and community banks. Previously, Dustin held the position of Chief Technology Officer at WaFd Bank from August 2019 to February 2023, overseeing technology strategies for a significant financial institution. Dustin's earlier roles include Chief Technology Officer at American Family Insurance and AssureStart, where significant engineering teams and substantial budgets were managed. Prior to these positions, Dustin was the Chief Information Officer at A Place for Mom, and spent over a decade at Microsoft in various leadership and management roles, contributing to significant product developments and strategies. Dustin holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the UW Foster School of Business.
