Mandar Pawar

Mandar Pawar is currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Databricks since November 2023. Prior to this, Mandar worked as a Principal Engineer at Arcion Labs starting October 2020. Their previous experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at SAP, focusing on data replication and SaaS solutions. Mandar also worked as a Software Engineer at HSBC Global Technology India, specializing in C++, Oracle, Corba Architecture, and shell scripting. Mandar holds a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with a focus on Big Data Optimizations, Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Virtualization.
