Hayes A. Winik

Prior to joining ArcLight in 2018, Mr. Winik was a Senior Associate at Hull Street Energy, where he evaluated, structured, and managed equity investments in the power sector. He also worked in the Global Development and M&A group at InterGen and as a management consultant at Charles River Associates. Mr. Winik started his career at Constellation Energy Commodities Group as a market fundamentals and trading risk analyst for the power and fuels trading desks. Mr. Winik received a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University.
