Alex Ritschard

Alex Ritschard is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in enterprise applications and cloud solutions. Currently serving as Sales Director for the Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud Practice at ArcLight Consulting, Alex has also held significant positions including Enterprise Applications Sales Manager for HCM Cloud at Oracle and Account Director for Qualia Connect at Qualia. Prior roles include Account Executive at Procore Technologies and Enterprise Account Manager for HCM Cloud at Oracle. Alex has demonstrated leadership within the Oracle Pride Employee Network, taking on roles such as Global Public Policy Chair and Austin Community Lead. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington.
