Jim Nelson has extensive experience in payroll advisory and consulting, currently serving as Oracle Cloud Payroll Advisory at ArcLight Consulting since September 2019 and previously as a Consultant at Deloitte since November 2016. Prior roles include HCM Consultant positions at Emtec Inc. and Intelenex, where responsibilities included gathering client requirements and implementing Oracle Fusion. Earlier in the career, Jim held various roles at TeleTech, including Business Analyst in the IT PMO and Payroll Tax Manager, focusing on tax filing and payroll tax updates. Jim's journey began at Intel Corporation as a Payroll Tax specialist and Manufacturing Technician, contributing significantly to payroll tax auditing and production processes. Educationally, Jim completed accounting courses at Western International University and earned electronics technician certifications while serving in the US Navy.
