Jackie Chapin

Jackie Chapin is the Vice President of Talent at Arcline Investment Management. Jackie has over six years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, specializing in senior-level executive recruitment across a broad range of functions within the healthcare sector. Jackie has successfully placed CEOs, division presidents, general managers, and senior leaders of sales, marketing, research and development, operations and finance for both Private Equity and Venture backed organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies within Medical Devices, Healthcare IT, For-Profit Healthcare Services, Diagnostics, and Biopharma. Prior to joining Arcline, Jackie spent six years at Spencer Stuart in a variety of roles including Associate in the Healthcare Practice and Analyst in the Healthcare Practice. Jackie has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jackie Chapin graduated from Middlebury College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Economics and German. Jackie also attended the Middlebury German Language School in 2012, where they studied German Language and Literature. Jackie Chapin began their education at Rye High School in 2006.
