Jo-Ellen Petrone

Jo-Ellen Petrone is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional currently serving as VP of Talent at Bicara Therapeutics since June 2025. Previously, Jo-Ellen held positions including Head of Talent Acquisition at Anthos Therapeutics and Lantheus, as well as a Human Resources Consultant role at both Lantheus and Sage Therapeutics. Jo-Ellen also served as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Repligen Corporation and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals. Additional experience includes various roles at Biogen, Goodwin Procter LLP, Seven Bridges Genomics, and Philips. Jo-Ellen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1998 and 2002.
