Tiffany Stern is an experienced professional in benefits management and human resources, currently serving as Benefits Manager at ARCO a Family of Construction Companies since May 2023. Previously, Tiffany held the position of Manager, People & Benefits for the St. Louis Blues, Enterprise Center, and Stifel Theatre from March 2014 to May 2023, where responsibilities included assisting hiring managers with the recruitment process and managing background checks for new hires. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an Associate of Science from Southwestern Illinois College.
