William Rouseau

William Rouseau has extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. William started their career at Walmart in 2007 as a Regional Trainer, providing support and training to multiple stores. William then moved on to become a Manager of Talent Development, where they developed leadership training programs for senior managers and received positive feedback. Rouseau also served as a Senior Manager of Compliance Development, overseeing compliance training for multiple Walmart divisions. William later became a Senior Manager of Operations Development, analyzing managers' performance records and designing a career progression map.
