Cleverson Arashiro

Cleverson Arashiro has extensive experience in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Cleverson has held various leadership positions throughout their career, starting with their role as an IT coordinator at REHAU in 2007. Cleverson then served as a coordinator and network specialist at Universo On Line, where they managed operational team coordination and network deployments. At Folha de S.Paulo, they worked as an infrastructure coordinator, overseeing the restructuring of data centers and improving corporate environments. Arashiro then joined BM&FBOVESPA as a network analyst consultant, focusing on infrastructure project development and data center deployment. Cleverson continued to advance their career as a site manager at SoftLayer, where they deployed infrastructure and built an operational team. At C6 Bank, they served as the head of infrastructure, responsible for the network and platform teams. Arashiro further excelled in their role as an infrastructure and cybersecurity senior manager at iugu, where they oversaw network, system, cybersecurity, and middleware teams. As the VP of Infosec & IT Infra at Loft, they managed multiple teams, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, access management, and support. In their most recent position as the director of cybersecurity and IT at isaac, Arashiro led a team of engineers in developing and implementing a comprehensive security program. Currently, they hold the position of director of security, privacy & IT ops at Arco Educação. Throughout their career, Arashiro has demonstrated a strong focus on information security, privacy, and employee training and has worked to optimize infrastructure while achieving cost efficiency.

Cleverson Arashiro earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree specializing in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Universidade Paulista, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
