Dayana Aguillar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dayana is currently serving as the Diretora Geral at COC | Plataforma de Educação since October 2021.

Prior to their current role, Dayana worked at Arco Educação from 2019 to 2021, where they held several positions including Business Unit Director, Business Integration Director, and New Business General Manager.

Dayana also served as the Diretora Geral at Programa Pleno from September 2019 to January 2021.

Prior to pursuing their MBA, they worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from 2014 to 2015.
