Leandro Willarte

Leandro Willarte has gained extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Leandro is currently the Commercial Intelligence and E-commerce Director at Arco Educação since October 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as a board member at Colégio Integra starting from February 2019. Leandro also has experience working at Bain & Company, where they held positions such as Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant. During their time at Bain & Company, they worked on projects related to post-merger integration, strategic partnerships, and value creation. Leandro has also been a Summer Fellow at Uncommon Schools in 2020 and an MBA Candidate at Columbia Business School from January 2019 to May 2020. Additionally, they gained experience as a Summer Fellow at Boeing in 2013.

Leandro Willarte holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School, which was obtained in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they completed an Engineer's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, graduated in 2009-2014. Leandro also pursued additional studies in Marketing and Financial Management, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2013. In 2012-2013, they studied Aerospace Engineering and Aviation Business Administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
