Sarah Albuquerque

Sarah Albuquerque is a seasoned professional in organizational culture and communication, currently serving as the Coordenadora de Gente e Gestão at Arco Educação since March 2021. In this role, Sarah leads initiatives to foster a positive work environment and aligns team goals with company values through climate surveys. Prior experience includes managing internal events and communications, as well as social media for employer branding at Arco, and extensive event marketing management roles at Flipside. Sarah's background also includes significant positions in marketing and event production at Arte Produções and other organizations, along with foundational experiences at Aeris Energy and Itaú Unibanco. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Strategic People Management at FIA Business School, Sarah also holds a degree in Social Communications from the Federal University of Ceara.
